Delivery & Pick-Up Policies
● A Local delivery fee of $10 will be added to each order, for each address. (For deliveries outside our local delivery area, this fee may vary.)
● Orders must be received before 12:00 noon in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery.
Our deliveries are made within the store hours (normally 10am - 7pm)
● We still try our best to have everything done before 5pm.
● When our driver arrives at the provided address and if no one is there, we leave it on the porch or frontdesk and notify the recipient about it. If recipient doesn't answer the phone, then we notify the sender.
● During the winter & windy seasons, we call the recipient before we leave for delivery *ONLY* when it's too windy or the temperature drops below 0 degree (because we cannot leave the flowers outside.)
● If you wish to keep the delivery as a surprise, please provide a phone number of someone else in the same address.
● If you require the delivery done at a certain time slot, please provide us a 3-hour window and we will do our best to accommodate it.
(On holidays, especially Valentine's and Mother's Day, scheduled deliveries cannot be accommodated.)
If you really need flowers at a specific time, please consider ordering a pick-up (by phone or online) ahead of time
● For the last minute orders, we will try our best to have it prepared at the time requested, but it always helps if you can give us at leat 2-hour notice.
● Same-day pick-up orders are not guaranteed on Valentine's and Mother's Day.
* Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.
* We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the internet.

Substitution Policy
Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
